Specializing in 5G and FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) deployments, Khalid authors technical guides on minimizing latency, troubleshooting network congestion, and configuring enterprise-grade routers for DU’s high-demand clients.

At DU, Khalid led the rollout of fiber-optic networks in Dubai’s Business Bay district, achieving 99.99% uptime for corporate clients. He now focuses on educating partners and customers through his DU Tech Insights blog, where he breaks down complex topics like SD-WAN configurations and IPv6 migration. His whitepaper, The Future of DU’s 5G Smart Cities, was featured at GITEX Technology Week.
